To prevent High Blood Pressure and Heart Attack


Take after meal:

  • 1 tomato, cut into 4 slices, black sesame powder 5 gm, cold water 200 ml, Honey 1 teaspoon.

  • Mix it all into juice and drink it once a month.

BLOOD PRESSURE / HEART

High Fever

 

Either:

  1. Slice 1 big onion into 2 halves and place into a pair of socks
    (1/2 of big onion in 1 sock)

  2. Wear socks to sleep

OR

  1. Place 2 small onions into a pair of socks
    (1 onion in 1 sock)

  2. Wear socks to sleep

Menstruation pain

(For Females)

 

Get the above from Chinese Medical Hall. Three bowls of water boil to one bowl, repeat second time boil with two bowls of water to one bowl.

SINUS / EYES / MIGRAINE

For nose sinus, tired eyes and migraine

 

Suggestion: Just remember 10-11-10

  • 10 fresh red grapes (must be red grapes, it is good for the blood)

  • 11 am

  • 10 days

Notes: 

  • Consume between 11am to 11:15am.
    If you missed the time or a day in the cycle, stop the whole cycle for ten days and take all over again.

  • After 1 cycle of 10 days, stop for 10 days (Or risk overdose) and start the next cycle of 10 days again.

  • Repeat till sinus or migraine is cured.

SORE / DRY THROAT

For Sore Throat, consume the following at the specific time:

  • 1 pc of water melon

OR

10pm

  • 1/2 papaya with salt (slice it up and season with salt)
