Master Jiang was the founder of Tien Shi Kong (Temple name). God is Master Zhang Tien Shi.

He was a fortune teller who started off with nothing but a bag and a bird companion, who sits on top of his shoulder every day. He would go around visiting shopping vendors/stalls to see if anyone wants to know about their fortune. Should there be any requests, he would charge S$2.00 for it.

Based on testimony of friends/clients, it’s said that he would start his routine every morning at 9am.

It was only years later that I met him. He was recommended by the mother of my friend who had Master Jiang read her fortune. According to her, it was very accurate so I got his contact from her and went to see him. At this time, each reading costs S$10. However, unless the reading is said to be at least 80% accurate, he will not charge the client at all.

He would stop the reading at 12pm for lunch, start meditation sessions for people (Or “Patients”) who came to him for help due to issues with “Spirits” causing problems in their body. These sessions would allow Master Zhang to empower individuals with his divine powers, healing them in the process while cleansing the evil spirits within, through Master Jiang as the medium who help create the link between them and Master Zhang. Meditation sessions would stop at 10pm.

I learned from my seniors, who went for meditation that Master Jiang promised Master Zhang Tien Shi to spend 15 years of his life dedicated to helping people with spirits issues.

Unfortunately, when his mother was dying, he made a deal with the gods somehow, which allowed him to extend his mother’s lifespan by 10 years in exchange with his own. He passed away in his 50s. I have learned a lot from him. No words can express how powerful and good of a man he is. When I first met him, Tien Shi Kong was situated at 30 Jalan Unak Pari. After Master Jiang passed away, Tien Shi Kong shifted to Tampines St 44, Block 475 for a few years before moving to Tampines St 44, Block 479. In the year 2013, the owner of the above address increased the rent to S$3,500/month. Due to the fact that Tien Shi Kong is a place, which helps people for free, we had trouble dealing with the increased rent. Since then, Tien Shi Kong has stopped meditation due to the lack of location/meditation hall.

I was able to sustain my power from the sessions I had before from Master Zhang Tien Shi and I hope that I can fulfill Master Jiang’s wish that one day we can have a Temple to help more people.
